         Repair and restoration for instruments and their bows involve various techniques and processes to ensure that the instrument is in optimal condition both structurally and tonally. Our experienced luthiers (violin makers and repairers) and archetiers (bowmakers) use a combination of traditional and modern techniques to perform these repairs and restorations. 

              Our luthiers and archetiers are capable of servicing instruments of all levels. To give an exact quote, it is important that our luthiers see the instrument or bow in person. The amount of time it takes to complete a given task depends on the type of work requested and the availability of the luthiers. Generally, one week is sufficient for most jobs.
