Violin by Léon Mougenot-Gauche 1930 Strad Model Mirecourt

A fine quality violin from a good established maker. Léon Mougenot also known as Leon Mougenot Gauché worked for Blanchard at Lyons, Paul Jombar in Paris and Hill and sons London before establishing his own workshops at Mirecourt in 1899. All his instruments were entirely hand made.
